I stop in for gizzards here several times a month. The staff here is awesome! Very friendly and a lot of fun. The crew makes the experience better.
The gizzards have great flavor. (just need a little salt lol)

I love the buffet and they have great gizzards and fried chicken. It's one of the best deals around for the buffet. They keep everything very clean and are always replenishing the food. They only item I wish was on the buffet is fried okra. I order it as a side item since it is so good.

It's exactly what you expect. Great value, yummy chicken, lots of sides (broccoli cheese rice ) - it exceeded our expectations!! Will definitely be back.

Visiting family in Bellville from California we tried Hartz one day. We settled on the buffet since we were eating there anyway.
The chicken was good and fresh. They probably refilled it at least twice while we were there. The fish was ok and the shrimp were pretty minuscule, mostly batter. Sides were decent.
Honestly, it was good for a quick lunch. Buffet is a good value for large appetites. -
